Alabama Anti-Sodomy Laws Ruled Unconstitutional

The Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals ruled last Friday that the State’s law banning sodomy was unconstitutional. The ruling was handed down in the case of Dewayne Williams, a man sentenced to a year in jail for having consensual sex with another man in 2010. Read USA Today story here.
